Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 77027 42299 or email jani.alapati@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
• Custom-stitched or made-to-order blouses and dresses
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
